Each week, I list off my favorite posts from all the wonderful blogs I follow. I mean, if I love you, why shouldn’t the rest of the world? So, without further adieu, here are the posts that really got my attention this week!
Peg-O-Leg’s Ramblings: Let Your Fingers Do The Talking: Universal Sign Language For Drivers
So. Spot. On. Loved this post.
A Word About My Life: College
This post was very nostalgic and extremely relatable to college life and finding yourself. Tough navigational time and definitely a transitional period, but the best four years of your life, for sure!
Ned’s Blog: Consequences you can expect from horrible pick-up lines
Not only is this guy hysterical, he actually has sound reasoning behind each of these. Women, thank him.
Awkward Mamma Adventures: You Are: Smart, Kind, Generous, and Good
So heartfelt and honest, a post about a mother’s love for her daughter that will (almost, if not absolutely) move you to tears.
It’s A Marathon And A Sprint: Super Saturated
Because I, too, have a few feelings on pumpkin spice.
BONUS: I Wanted A Pony, I Got A Lecture
Giving a whole new meaning to the term “hand me downs.”
Who likes badges? Everyone, that’s who! If I featured your post this week, or in any previous weeks, feel free to grab one of these bad boys and slap in on your blog so the world can know you’ve been baked with greatness by yours truly.
xoxo, Meg
Thank you so much!!! 🙂
No, thank you! It was wonderful 🙂
I’m so glad you enjoyed it, Meg! Although, by contrast, there are a lot of single guys who aren’t happy that I “gave away” their best pick-up lines before they could spring them on an unsuspecting woman. And I say “unsuspecting” because no woman would suspect anything that stupid would actually come out of a man’s mouth…
Just kidding! Of course they would! 😉
I think pick-up lines are a lost art and no one really uses them anymore! Sigh…
Lol! No one finger-paints anymore either, but given a choice between the two I’d vote for finger-paint as an art form first 😉
However, I did try this one on my wife yesterday: “Baby, you’re like my favorite book at the library because I keep checkin’ you out!”
Yeah, that’s the kind of sweet talk she gets to look forward to being married to me 😉
That is amazing. I need to tell my boyfriend to step up his game.
What a wonderful way to start the day!!! (And no, not with a Pumpkin Spice bagel, cream cheese and tea 🙂 ) Thank you so much for sharing my post!!! Shots of Pumpkin Vodka for all! Cheers!!!
YES! This post cracked me up 🙂
Thanks for stopping by and giving me a bloggy shout-out. Just don’t let your Driver’s Ed teacher know about this. (shhhh!)
I laughed so hard at them, well done!
These were great blog posts – had some good laughs. I can’t tell a story nearly as well as they do, but I do like one of my all-time worst true date story at http://thoughtstipsandtales.com/2014/07/02/online-dating-horror-story-2-way-too-hairy/.
Stoked to read it 😉 thanks for stopping by!
You really make it seem so easy with your presentation but I in finding this matter to be really something that
I think I would by no means understand. It kind of feels
too complicated and very broad for me. I am taking a look forward for your subsequent post, I’ll
try to get the cling of it!
